Returns & Cancellations Policy

All products are final sale. Therefore orders are not eligible for cancellation.

 

Shipping Policy

We do not ship to mismatched billing and shipping addresses. Your shipping address must be your billing address.

Once an order has been received, paid for and approved we proceed with shipping your order.

Our preferred carrier is Canada Post.

We try to process and ship every order the same business day it is received, as long as it placed before 2PM (14:00) eastern time.

If there is a disruption in postal services for any reason, our shipping time might be extended past the estimated delivery date (see our Terms of Service Policy). The delivery time at checkout is not a guarantee, it is an estimate based on past orders.

If your order is missing after being marked as delivered you are required to file a police report and send us the case number. We will also file a police report on our end. After confirming the validity of the report, you must wait for the carrier insurance claim to be processed and accepted. Any signs of fraud will be reported accordingly.

We are not responsible for any disruptions in service or delivery delays incurred by stoppage or slowdown in service by Canada Post or other couriers. If such a situation occurs your order is still processed and finalized after purchase and delivery might be delayed. We will always do our very best to prevent any delays.
